ORIGINAL CHARACTERS
These characters are all original creations of mine. Some have actually seen play, although the versions presented here represent either the starting point total for the character, or a "final" point total. All have been updated and expanded for 5th Edition. Characters are listed by genre, than by power level. At the end of the list you will find creatures, vehicles, and villains.
- JASMINE HAWKINS (236 points) -- Jasmine started as the DNPC of one of the Player Characters in my old Justice Alliance Campaign. Eventually, she became a Player Character in her own right, run by a player who had gotten tired of his original character design. She has no resemblance to any other super-strong, super-fast teenage girls found on this website. Really. Honest. Would I lie?
- SNOW ANGEL (265 points) -- Snow Angel was developed as a "back-up" character for Peter John Dean's Justifiers Campaign. She's tall, beautiful, and winged.
- A.P.E. (275 points) -- Hey, everyone needs to run a gorilla as a Player Character at least once. Pity I only I was only able to use him for a few sessions.
- ECLIPSE (280 points) -- A character developed for Peter John Dean's Justifiers Campaign, in which all paranormal characters are mutants, Eclipse proved to be an interesting and fun character to play. He draws his power from sunlight, and several times in the course of the game ended up fighting in the dark (literally), which meant most of his powers didn't work!.
- GRENADIER (300 points) -- Developed for John R. Ivicek's War of the Worlds: Champions campaign setting, Grenadier is a Victorian age superhero.
- ORION
-
- ORION (300 points) -- Ryan Garret is your average teenaged high school student. Well, two out of three isn't bad. He was developed and used in Darren Hansen's Olympians Campaign.
- MISATO GARRET (430 points) -- A lot of people tell Ryan his mom acts like she's from another planet. They don't know the half of it.
- ORION BACKGROUND DATA
- SCULPTRESS
-
- SCULPTRESS (325 points) -- Sculptress is a woman who can make stone run like water, and she isn't sure what to do with her power. She was developed for David Kujit's Comet Campaign, in which superpowers could be traced to the Earth passing through the tail of a comet.
- SAMPLE SCULPTRESS POWERS -- A list of powers meant to be used with Sculptress's Stone Shaping Variable Power Pool.
- TIEN FENG MO (350 points) -- This character was created as part of a project to develop character sheets to go along with various pictures of people in costumes, model figure kits, or artwork. Tien Feng Mo is based on some manga artwork.
- SUSANO ORBATOS (375 points) -- He's a god. Really! Just ask him.
- DEMON HUNTER KANU (400 points) -- Designed as part of the same project that produced Tien Feng Mo, Demon Hunter Kanu is based off of a vinyl figure kit.
- PASSERIDAE (400 points) -- This character was based off of a cosplay ("costume play") photo -- which in itself was based on a piece of promotional artwork.
- AVALON
-
- AVALON (500 points) -- A powerful magician, he's Earth's "Sorcerer Supreme" (as well as my first Player Character ever, so be nice).
- AVALON'S SPELL BOOK -- Some basic spells. Nothing very fancy, I'm afraid.
- NINA COROVIC (675 points) -- Meant to be a Galactic Champions character, Nina is based on some Kia Asamiya artwork.
- MIRJANA the CELESTIAL RANGER (725 points) -- Designed for a Galactic Champions campaign, Mirjana was inspired by a Warhammer 40K miniature.
- MOUNT RUSHMORE (1,524 points) -- Gestalt of the American Presidential Myth. Written for Scott Bennie's Gestalt setting.
- MICHAEL LIMNER, Squire (60 points) -- Art imitates life as I do a Fantasy Hero version of my old SCA persona.
- JONATHAN ROBERTS, Esq. (125 points) -- A gentleman sorcerer in the Golden Age of Piracy. The character was derived from ideas presented in the Furry Pirates RPG.
- SANURA (160 points) -- A half-human, half-Dumawe caravan guide and scout, from HERO Games' Turakian Age setting.
- SIDONY (160 points) -- A thief with an interesting secret.
- QUEEN JAYANITH OF NATARAJAN (180 points) -- A "barbarian queen" from Hero Games' Valdorian Age.
- MERRIYA de BLACKMERE -- A "very parfit gentil knyght".
-
- SIMONE D'AIGUILLON (210 points) -- Simone became a sorceress to escape the tedium of life in the Noble Houses.
- CAPTAIN JIRANEE JENVIRAVA (245 points) -- Jiranee is an elf in service to the human kings of Virava, and has been so for over a century and a half.
- MARIE SANGUINE (294 points) -- Marie is a pirate queen from a Golden Age of Piracy that never really happened, but as Mark Twain said, "could have happened" and as George MacDonald Fraser said, "should have happened."
- DONYA (365 points) -- Donya is a night-elf warrior mage who backs up her spells with her skill with the Shurkur.
- WARRIOR PRINCESS MIHRIMAH (500 points) -- Mihrimah is possibly the most powerful warrior in the realm of Karadag. Armed with Sebahattin, The Falling Star Halberd, she is virtually unstoppable in battle. A warrior-hero in the mold of HERO Games Tuala Morn setting.
- MOTOYOSHI JIRO (155 points) -- Jiro is a young samurai who dreams of doing great deeds and being a famous hero.... An attitude that could (and did) get him in a great deal of trouble someday. Created for Mark Doherty's Sengoku Campaign.
- CHRISTOPHER MASAKI JONES (222 points) -- Better known as "Devil Hunter Jones," he prowls the West Coast in search of supernatural horrors.
- MEI SHIN LI (265 points) -- Mei Shin is a mix of Ninja Hero and Dark Champions, combining police action with kung fun mastery. She is, in fact, a perfect representation of the Feng Shui archetype of the "karate cop" using the Hero System.
- THE DRAGON LADY OF SHANGHAI (154 points) -- The Dragon Lady is the person to see when you need to know what's going on in Shanghai. Just don't expect her to do anything for you out of the goodness of her heart.
- SORA-HIME [Sky-Princess] (200 points) -- A former miko (Shinto shrine maiden), Sora-hime has found a life of action and adventure with the crew of the Airracuda, a Sikorsky S-38 flying boat. She was inspired by a picture I found of a statue of Koyori, one of the characters from the game Sengoku Ace.
- DOCTOR MORTIMER ATOR (380 POINTS) -- Michelle Tora's father and a certifiable inventive genius. Well, he's certifiable, anyway.
- MICHELLE TORA (435 points) -- What can I say about Michelle Tora? She is one of the most sane nut-cases I have ever created. Her design was not influenced by any repeated viewings of Project: A-ko. Nope, not at all.
- KILLZONE (449 points) -- Based off of an entry in the Pictures That Could Be Superheroes section, Killzone was sent to me by Anthony White.
- FIRE AND ICE (585 points) -- Killer Frost is a character I wrote up for an issue of Haymaker!. She was loosely based off of DC Comics character of the same name and used to great success in my long defunct Justice Alliance campaign.
