Designer's Notes: Venus is a mixture of her Roman and Asian elements, with Metal and love-based attacks (eg: Love-me Chain). She spent some time in Europe, before joining the other Sailor senshi, and was internationally famous as 'Sailor V' for a year before the others.

Because she was Sailor V, she has a higher reputation, and a hunted by criminals who might be looking for revenge. She also displays (probably an affectation) the 'blonde airhead' stereotype—silly and giggly, nativity, and overeager to help. When all the others were sick with the flu, she (rather badly) played nursemaid, becoming ever zanier in her attempts to 'help'.
