Designer's Notes: Sailor Moon is of course, the heroine of the show. Her stats are split, having considerably better reaction times and endurance as a Sailor Senshi, this is a common feature of all the Sailors. Her powers border on the ridiculously abusive (a 9d6 Transform and a 20d6 Energy Blast!) However they are tied into Foci, and have a prohibitive END cost or limited uses. (the 9d6 Transform has an END Battery in the wand, but even so, 5 uses will KILL Sailor Moon...) The Dispel, is used to 'cleanse the soul' of people, usually restoring normal people from possession, but is occasionally used to turn a repentant enemy into a normal, no-longer-evil ally (usually with a loss of any powers). The Energy Blast is her Tiara, usually only used once or twice—again it has a high END cost. Her instant change if in the form of a Magical broach, like many anime characters, this requires magic words to activate. The Disguise pen was used only early in the series, and transforms Usagi into other occupations (usually making her look early 20s instead of teens) useful for getting into places Usagi normally couldn't get into. The small VPP can only be used to give her skills she might need at the moment, either to augment the disguise, or, on one occasion, the ability to ice skate to combat possessed Olympic skaters.

Her Martial Art is mostly dodging (If she has any one true super power, its the ability to get out of the way of attacks), but she has been known to do the occasional jump kick ('Sailor Moon Kick!')

Her extreme powers, but high costs (and relatively low combat skill), generally means the Sailor Team's tactics will involve the other Senshi tying down the bad guy, wearing him down and trying to immobilize him so that Sailor Moon can deliver the finishing blow.

Her small skill list shows her improving (under Mako-chan's tutelage) cooking skill, and moderate skill with video games and sports.

Her Disadvantages are what really define Usagi. She's a klutz, a crybaby, fights with her Teammate Rei (they remain good friends way deep down), is jealously in love with Tuxedo Kamen, and her enemies always seem to attack her friends from School (Shown as Naru). Naru is replaced in R by Chibi-Usa, who is competent, but a 14-. In addition, the responsibility to protect the world was thrust upon her, and she's not entirely sure she wants it. Nevertheless she *always* rises to the occasion, and is possibly an even greater hero for overcoming those disadvantages.
