Background/History: These are the garden variety thugs that serve The Demon of Las Vegas. All were former boxers who were either washouts or sellouts, abandoned by their management. Some might even be recognized from their former career.

Personality/Motivation: Follow Balrog's orders. Don't die. Collect money.

Powers/Tactics: being moderately tough and having hand to hand experience, the thugs tend to start combat using their fists. They switch to the guns if things are going badly or if they are supposed to knock someone off.

Campaign Use: These guys are only good for mowing down in an early encounter.

Appearance: Balrog demands that his men dress well, so the thugs all wear suits, off the rack or tailored, and dark sunglasses. This is a "sophisticated" gang.
