Description: Starshine is a huge imposing figure, well muscled, who stands 6'4" and weighs 235 lbs. He has a solid, square jaw, green eyes, and wavy, yellow-blond hair. His costume consists of a yellow bodystocking with an orange sunburst on the chest, green trunks, gloves, and folded over boots. His powers are the manipulation of light itself, allowing him to generate bolts of pure light energy, create a protective field, exist in space, and transform himself into a beam of light. He is very arrogant and opinionated and will quite gladly lecture Everyone on the evils of Everything.

Campaign Use and Designer’s Notes: At 497 Starshine’s pretty powerful, but I still think he could use more DEX (23-26) and more CON (25-28). You many also want to add more Skills and possible alter his Teleport so he can make a combat Teleport out to 1 km (after which he’d use his Megascaled Teleport). This might push him up near 600 points, but then, he is supposed to be that powerful.
