Background: Ifurita was created as a weapon by one of the long-extinct ancient civilizations of El Hazard. She was used in the great war one thousand years ago to destroy cities, armies and anything else that stood in her creators'way. In her time, she was almost as feared as the "Eye of God." At the end of the war, she was somehow deactivated and sealed away in a remote island tomb, awaiting reactivation. Only the priestesses of mount Muldoon knew of its whereabouts, a secret which has been passed down to the present day.
Personality/Motivation: Ifurita is a cold, emotionless automaton in human form. She was created as a weapon, nothing more. She exists only to serve her master, the current holder of the power key staff. Inwardly however, she is lonely and regrets all the destruction she has caused. She longs for compassion and understanding, yet knows she can never express the same.
Tactics/Powers: Ifurita was armed with an awe-inspiring weapon known as the Power Key Staff. With this staff she can fire off massive bolts of destruction, ranging from fully automatic to single, city-destroying shots. She can also fly at supersonic speeds and teleport limited distances.
Above and beyond all this, she has the unique power to mimic any weapon or method of attack used against her. Even from the great war a thousand years ago she remembers the attacks used by the Muldoon priestesses of the time, and can use them against their modern-day counterparts. The only limitation on her ability is that she must first see or withstand an attack in order to use it against someone.
She does, however, have a very finite limit to her powers. She can only use them so much before needing to recharge. This can only be accomplished by the master of the Power Key Staff physically "cranking" it in her back; much like the key of a wind-up doll.
Appearance: Ifurita is a tall, well-built and imposing woman. She has long, flowing white hair and dresses in an elaborate outfit. She carries a long, ornate staff, resembling nothing so much as a key.
(Ifurita created by Hiroki Hayashi, Kazuto Nakazawa and Ryoe Tsukimura. Character sheet by Max Fauth and Michael Surbrook)
