Description: Shorter than the Farming People, Hunting People appear as humans with secondary feline characteristics. They have pointed teeth, clawed fingers, vertical pupils, cat-like ears atop their heads, and long cat’s tails at the base of the spine. Their hair tends to be pale (often whitish) while their skin ranges from lightly tanned to dark bronze. They tend towards lean builds and are noted for having an excellent sense of balance. Due to their ears and tail, Hunting People tend to have easy-to-read emotional states (at least, once one gets to know them.)

Hunting People dwell everywhere Farming People do, but have a noted preference for the Forests and Plains. In addition, like the Farming People they have no set culture/society, although smaller, isolated tribes tend to be semi-nomadic and live much like the North American Plains Indians did. Hunting People usually dress in the local fashion(s), but will make allowances for their tail as well as their desire for free movement. Thus, Hunting Person clothing tends to be somewhat more close-fitting then similar clothes worn by Farming People.

This character sheet represents an average Hunting Person warrior. Non-warriors, as well as younger (and older) Hunting People will have slightly lower Characteristic and different Skills.
