SPECTRUM

As his name implies, Spectrum can manipulate lightwaves from the infrared to the ultraviolet. Not only can he produce brilliant multi-colored light displays at will, he can project laser beams of various wavelengths, see into the infrared and ultraviolet range, change the hue of most objects, and even absorb visible light if needed. However, his most impressive ability is being able to produce solid "thought forms" made from a single light frequency. These forms are strong, durable, virtually tireless, and can move (if needed) at the speed of thought. Here Spectrum is seen with Blue, his most commonly summoned thought form.
