Description: Kookaburra (he gets his name from the laughing kingfisher of the Outback) is an ace who wants to be a joker. He is of medium height (5'7") and thin, weighing about 130 lbs. He styles his hair into a kingfisher's crest, and wears yellow contacts. Normally, Kookaburra wears a black leather jacket emblazoned with a kingfisher and his ace handle. At one point he worked for the Australian government, but was too immature and foolish to work out. He has been kept on hand to control riots, however. Kookaburra is a strong believer of the homelands movement and has disrupted some police operations as well.

Kookaburra's power is an infectious laugh, a very infectious laugh. Anyone who hears him will start laughing themselves, and will laugh until they pass out. A side effect of Kookaburra's power is people find him very likable—while he's around.
