Designer's Notes: Decathlon was a normal American boy, standing 5'9' with an average build... until he attended a Dodgers game and came into contact with Typhoid Croyd. Now, Decathlon is the world's greatest athlete, a title he bears due to the fact the his body will morph to adapt itself to any situation, climate, or environment. He changes shape constantly, standing anywhere from 3'6" to 9"6" tall, and any height in between. He is always perfectly formed and very handsome, although his skin color and general appearance changes constantly. His STR and DEX change with each new form—the values given should be considered the maximum Decathlon will express. Currently Decathlon works as a agent of the Justice Department, operating along side Lady Black and Carnifex.
