Background/History: Worst project ever. Used to be, I got the big jobs, equipment that worked, decent locations, a good per diem -- all that stuff. Now what the hell am I doing? Going to some third-world hothouse to install a bunch of junk that's not even gonna work right. And who'll they send back down here to troubleshoot this crap when it breaks down in less than a month? That's right... me. Gawd, I really need to find a better job.
Personality/Motivation: Iain Frost is a field technician for an engineering firm, and he's sick of it. They send him all over the country for one project after another, and it's getting old. Sometimes he has to move, usually at his own expense, just when he's getting comfortable somewhere. It's not all bad news, though. Over the years he's become an expert on all kinds of systems. One system he'd rather not work with is the "RTMS", or radar traffic monitoring system. In his opinion, it's an over-rated piece of junk, but some big-wig in the firm just sold several dozen of the things to the Bermuda highway department, and they're sending Iain down there for a month to install them. He's not overjoyed -- hot, humid weather doesn't suit him, even if it's one of the Caribbean's choice vacation spots.

Powers/Tactics: Iain has done just about everything -- just ask him! And if he hasn't, then he'll figure it out. He's very adaptable. His only 'super-power' (to use the term very loosely) is staying cool under pressure (usually) and remaining unfazed by extreme weirdness.
