Background/History: Fei Chan was trained by his uncle in the ways of Gung Fu from an early age. Ever since he was 7, Fei Chan was taught the ways of the martial arts, how to handle weapons and how to manipulate the flow of chi through his body. In time, he grew in both stature and skill, until he towered over virtually everyone else and was nigh unbeatable in combat. It was this time that Fei Chan's uncle explained the reason behind all of the training. That Fei Chan's family had produced many powerful warriors who had fought to protect the people around them from incursions of demons. Known as demon quellers, these warriors had a long and proud history, a history that Fei Chan was now to be part of. Realizing the honor being bestowed on him, Fei Chan gladly accepted his new responsibilities.

Shortly thereafter, Rally Cheyenne recruited Fei Chan to join the AMP. Fei Chan quickly recognizing the possibilities inherent in the AMP - mainly that he would get paid to confront demons on a regular basis - Fei Chan was happy to join.

Personality/Motivation: Loud and boisterous sums up Fei Chan. He tires to live up to the concept of the shih or Chinese Knight by writing all wrongs he sees, correcting social injustices, keeping any oaths he makes, honoring good people and spending his money on good food and good times. This code has been tempered by the realities of modern 21st Century life and by the fact that he has sworn an oath of obedience to Mana that he won't go off on some personal crusade in an effort to right wrongs.

Heavily influenced by the stories of legendary demon quellers (such as Shoki), Fei Chan does his best to live up to the idea of what a proper 'demon queller' should be. He likes to drink and party, spending a great deal of time at local nightclubs. Of course, he also has a weakness for a pretty face, and can easily be convinced by a beautiful woman into some rash and foolish action. Naturally, he and Jama tend to go out a lot in the evenings in search of entertainment.

Powers/Tactics: Get in close and crush them. That sums up Fei Chan's tactics. Normally, against human-sized opponents, this works quite well. Against Entities and other creatures, Fei Chan will stay back and use his pistol, closing and switching to his Iron Fist once he is sure his target is sufficiently incapacitated. If forced to close with a large Entity before Fei Chan is sure it's fully down, he will draw his Darn Do (kept slung across his back) and do his best to carve his target into chunks. If an opening presents itself, he will use his Iron Fist, but since this blow is rather draining he tries to avoid depending on it. If he needs to escape quickly, he will utilize his Cricket Stance to bound far out of harm's way.

Appearance: Fei Chan is huge. He stands well over 6' tall, with broad shoulders and a well muscled build. He wears a thin beard along the edge of his chin and ties his long black hair back into a ponytail that is gathered at the base of his neck. He wears the standard AMP uniform when on duty (custom made for his great size, of course), but off duty he tends to wear more traditional Chinese clothing, preferring loose tunics and trousers. If pressed, he will dress in more Western clothing, and even owns a suit.
