454 Sha Shan (Mountain Killer)
Originally conceived with handgun hunters in mind (and probably bounty hunters as well), the Sha Shan is a double-action revolver finished in stainless steel It is chambered for the 454 Casull round, a cut down big game cartridge specifically designed for large animals. This weapon has also proven itself as a real manstopper when the situation warrants.

Modifiers: +1 Stun (+1/2), -1 OCV (-5 Pts), 5 Shots (-3/4), STR Minimum (-1/4), OAF (-1)

NOTES: Rather than use the usual cylinder, the Sha Shan uses a disposable one preloaded with caseless 454 cartridges. When the weapon is empty, one drops the old cylinder and slaps in a fresh one. This large pistol has a PER modifier of +3.

CAWS 12G
The CAWS 12G was designed to meet a HKPD police requirement for a short range close assault weapon with greater accuracy than a rifle, but more penetration capability than a shotgun. After numerous experimental designs were field tested, the final result was the WC CAWS. Using weapon-specific 12 gauge shells, the CAWS fires two different types of rounds: armor piercing tungsten flechettes or more standard tungsten pellets. The weapon's only real disadvantage is the price of its specialized ammunition, which is only readily available in Hong Kong.

Duen (Short)
The 'Duen', which means short in Chinese, is chambered for the 9mm short (aka .380 ACP) round, but is no larger than many .25 automatics. The weapon's tiny size allow it to be concealed completely in the average man's hand. Very popular as a second gun for police officers and drug dealers. It is considered one of the best holdout handguns in the market.

Power: 1d6 RKA

Duk Kit (Scorpion)
The Duk Kit is a tidy little hideaway weapon. With a small (by modern standards) magazine of 7.65mm rounds, it is of not much use against an armored opponent. Its use of plastics specifically designed to elude modern weapons detectors and highly efficient gas venting to reduce its signature for chemical detectors is controversial, but explains its popularity in some circles.

Power: 1d6 RKA
Modifiers: -2 RMod (-6 Pts), 9 Shots (-1/4), STR Minimum (-1/4), OAF (-1)
Active Cost: 15
Real Cost: 4

Ker Sha (Killer's Song; Mandarin: Chant Du Tueur) a.k.a. 'The Puzzle'
This is a cheap submachinegun made for the street market. It is sold in large quanties to numerous countires along the Pacific Rim. The weapons price and easily obtainable parts also make it a quite popluar black market weapon, and it is often smuggled into China in exchange for opium. The weapon was orginally conceived to use 9mm rounds, but for publicity reasons it was produced in 45 ACP. The primary drawback to the Ker Sha is the fact that is has a tendency to literally disintegrate. This has lead to its street nickname of 'The Puzzle'. You fire the Ker Sha until it falls apart, you remount the pieces, you fire again... etc.

Power: 1d6+1 RKA
Modifiers: Autofire 5 (+1/2), +1 Stun (+1/2), 30 Shots (+1/4), Burnout 14- (-1/4), STR Minimum (-1/4), OAF (-1)

Kuan Ti
The Kuan Ti is a large-capacity automatic pistol, loaded with high-powered .45 ACP ammunition. This weapon is a favorite with Hong Kong police officers, mainly due to its manstopper reputation.
