Description: This amazing creature resembles a beam of light with a dragon's head (and three eyes). Like a beam of light, reflective surfaces will reflect Kuan-Yaa and this is the only effective way to avoid its attack other than dodging.
Kuan-Yaa is insubstantial, and as such, invulnerable to almost any kind of regular attack. It performs poorly underwater though, as well as inside any other non-translucid gas or liquid (it will cut through normal smoke, fog, and "smog", though) and may be reflected by water surfaces. Kuan-Yaa will fade after roughly and Inch of travel underwater, and it will take 2d6 of damage per Phase of flight inside magically produced Darkness.
Kuan-Yaa moves in a straight line, although it can and will do sharp 90 degree turns if ordered to, always at top speed, and will blast a hole (4d6 RKA) in anything it hits. Just like Tou-Chao, Kuan-Yaa cares little about dodging attacks against itself. Since it cannot be stopped by normal means, Kuan-Yaa is one of the most dangerous beasts to enslave. Yakumo managed to trap one inside a thermal vacuum flask (with a reflective inner bottle) to be able to perform the ritual, after a lot of collateral damage to the surrounding buildings and people.
