Designer's Notes:

1) By setting Maximum Overdrive's mental powers to affect the Machine class of minds, I was able to remove the Limitation of "Only Works On Computers Or Other Machines w/INT" (-1 1/2).

2) Made his CK and PS Skills work off of his INT.

3) Removed Maximum Overdrive's Distinctive Features. If Halfjack (VIPER) doesn't get Distinctive Features, then Maximum Overdrive sure doesn't.

4) Configured all Hunteds realistically. There is no way being hunted by Mystery's Mob on an 8- is worth 20 points! (This made Mystery's Mob as powerful a hunted as Dr. Destroyer!)

5) The original version of Maximum Overdrive cost 555 points. He now costs 575, 20-point increase. The main increase is due to his revised Elemental Control with another 15 coming from his Life Support. On the other hand, his Eidetic Memory dropped by 5 points, while his Electronics and Mechanics Skills dropped by 4 each.

6) Assessment: Many of Maximum Overdrive's characteristics make little sense. He has a 50 EGO, 20 points higher than Menton's, and a 30 DEX, which is pretty top end for such a character. On the other hand, why does a character with a "charismatic and domineering personality" have only a 10 PRE?
