Designer's Notes:

1) Enigma paid 10 points to have 40 END, despite already having a 20 CON. I left his END as is.

2) I recommend changing the IAF on Enigma's Gloves to IIF. I doubt a simple Grab maneuver will allow one to take them away.

3) Personally, I'd give Enigma the Traveler Skill Enhancer.

4) Enigma had a Disadvantage of "Rarely Noticed." I'm not sure what sort of Disadvantage that would be, or even if it would be one (especially in his line of work), so I removed it.

5) The original version of Enigma cost 295 points. He now costs 272, a 23-point decrease. A lot of the saving came in his Blaster, which cost 45 points (an incorrect value).

6) Assessment: Enigma has been missing for 30 years, so where did he go? The book has a blank sheet of paper ending his write-up, with "Especially Secret, The Curious Should Write:" and ICE's address. Doing so gets you the European Enemies Errata, which doesn't address any of the errors in Enigma's sheet (among others). So, you are left with a lot of questions, like: "Where did he get all of his AKs and Languages from?", "Why a 9 STR and DEX, but a 5 SPD?", "Where did all the foci come from?". The biggest question, however, is "Why is Enigma involved with Eclipse?" He isn't a member of the group, but simply shows up where ever they are and helps them out. Nether wants to talk to him after seeing him on a mission, but how did she see him? (Okay, so the Invisibility isn't 0 END, but still....) And how does he know where the next mission will be? Oh, and notice he has a 20 point Code Versus Killing. So why is he helping out a group of terrorists, several of whom have potent killing attacks and don't hesitate to use them?
