Kayli the Destroyer, Nehkojin warrior, dressed in her bodysuit and combat armor. That thing over her eye is her "scouter," a device that allows her to understand other languages, gauge an opponent's power level, and see in the dark (or through smoke). You can find a character sheet for her in HERO Game's Ninja Hero 5th Edition. I have also done a Galactic Champions version of Kayli (Kayli the Destroyer 3000), who topped out at around 1025 points for an issue of Digital Hero. Of course, these versions turn Kayli from a Sayajin (which is what she started out as) into a anime catgirl, thus the drawings seen here are missing the cat's ears, claws, and the like.
