Pythona

Background: Thousands of years ago, the world was ruled by Cobra-La, a race of humanoids descended from snakes. However, the coming of the ice age destroyed their civilization. The last of their kind retreated to a hidden valley in the Himalayas, biding their time until the world was once again suitable for their habitation.

Pythona is one of the most trusted agents of Cobra-La's ruler, Golobulus. When Cobra-La came into conflict with the GI Joe team, Pythona was a part of several key operations. She infiltrated Cobra and steered Serpentor towards stealing the BET for Cobra-La, then was a part of the attack on the Joe fortress to free Serpentor. During the final assault on Cobra-La, Pythona was a part of Golobulus' final line of defense against the invaders. She vanished during the fight, and is assumed dead.

Personality/Motivation: Pythona is dedicated to the Cobra-La cause. She is ruthless in the pursuit of her objectives, and will not be deterred from accomplisng them by anyone. Aside from her training in combat, she also is an expert in Cobra-La society's protocols, and knows how to arrange a first-class reception with a red carpet of crabs. I wish I was making this up. She may or may not have had something for Serpentor. Your call.

Tactics/Powers: Pythona is incredibly strong and agile, well above any normal human. Her specialties are stealth and infiltration, but she is more than capable of holding her own in a fight. Her skin is very resilient to harm, while her clawed hands secrete acid that allows her to cut through armor.

She usually carries an assortment of Cobra-La weapons, including gas grenade-squids, face-hugging squids and vine-spewing squids. (Notice a pattern forming here, folks?)

Appearance: Pythona stands at least 6 feet tall with a strong build. She has light-green skin and slitted snake-like blue eyes. She has black hair, mostly shaved off and the rest worn in a single long ponytail (Oddly, she's the only Cobra-La citizen ever seen with hair...). She wears purple face-paint (or it could be part of her skin) and purple lipstick (again, could be her skin). Her normal garb is a disturbingly-colored purple bodysuit, worn under a long black cloak.

Notes: Having never had an action figure and thus a Bio Card, there's very little info on Pythona's background or personality, so I'm making it up as I go along. She may be an artificial construct like Nemesis Enforcer. As she looks somewhat different from normal Cobra-La people, it's a possibility.

Pythona's abilities were showcased pretty well in the movie. Her COM is subjective; she's pretty ugly, but might be a hottie to snakes. The weapons listed here are the only ones she used in the movie, but she may have access to others. Despite her impressive abilities, she was pasted by Jinx (while blindfolded, no less) at the end of the film. Maybe she got all tired out getting all those thousands of crabs to walk in a straight line. Maybe she and Serpentor were all shagged out. Your guess is as good as mine.
