Background/History: Created by the Strangled Scream, the Bound serves him as chief lieutenant and acts as his voice when the Scream needs to communicate with others.
Personality/Motivation: Utterly loyal to the Scream, the Bound revels in battle. She’s quite confident in her skills and is willing to take risks in the middle of battle in order to bring about victory.
Quote: "You should be honored to die by my hand."
Powers/Tactics: The Bound’s tactics are fairly simple—close with the enemy and then pummel them with her firsts until they fall. Against regular foes she’ll use the the Claw of the Tiger, resorting to Unyielding Tiger Stance if surrounded. Her Dim Mak will be used against armored foes, while Hands Without Shadows will be employed against highly agile foes.
Appearance: The Bound appears as an attractive Asian woman. A thick layer of silk is wrapped around her eyes, while her arms bound tightly to her chest with rope. Her hands have been severed from her wrists and float about in front of her body.
Designer's Notes: The Bound is found in the Feng Shui supplement Elevator to the Netherworld. She can be found anywhere you’d want to use the Strangled Scream.
