Description: Based on the lyrics, the Iceman comes across as an ultra-cool, ultra-hip fixture of the California party scene. He's the man in the know, who can get you what you want (drugs) for the right price. When he's in town, the nightlife is hopping, when he's not, what's the point of going out? He also seems to be in excellent physical shape, if a bit on the thin side, and although he wears a teaspoon around is neck, he doesn't seem to partake himself, as he's careful about what he eats and apparently works out regularly.

Of average height, the Iceman has an athletic build, but isn't overly muscled. He tends to dress in all white and owns a white Caddilac Eldorado.

Iceman makes an excellent street-level pusher/supplier of drugs for Dark Champions games. As he's only 66 points, he's pretty much a pushover for most Dark Champions PCs. I suggest giving him Well Connected and adding a series of Contacts (his clients, other drug suppliers, the local mob, and so on), as well as a WF for handguns. Even so, I doubt he'll be more than 100 points or so.
